The House and Gardens are now closed for 2024. Opening dates and times listed below are for 2025.
Gardens: Tuesday-Sunday
12:30pm–5:30pm (last entry 4:30pm). From Tuesday 18th March to Sunday 19th October 2025.
House: Friday-Saturday
Entry to the house is by guided tour only. From Friday 11th April to Saturday 27th September 2025.
Tearoom: Friday-Saturday
1pm - 5pm (last entry 4:45pm). From Friday 4th April to Saturday 27th September 2025.
By car: Drive to Junction 9 off the M20 and follow signs for Lenham/Maidstone, A20.
Look for a signpost for Godinton House about a quarter mile after the second roundabout, on your left (opposite the Hare & Hounds pub).
By taxi: A 10-minute ride from Ashford International Railway Station.
Our 12 acres of formal gardens are open from Tuesday 18th March 2025 - Sunday 19th October 2025. If you would like more information on what there is to see at Godinton please click here.

Entry prices for the gardens are as follows:
Adults, £10.50. Children (11-16), £2.50. Children under 11 go free.
