The House and Gardens are now closed for 2024. Opening dates and times listed below are for 2025.
Gardens: Tuesday-Sunday
12:30pm–5:30pm (last entry 4:30pm). From Tuesday 18th March to Sunday 19th October 2025.
House: Friday-Saturday
Entry to the house is by guided tour only. From Friday 11th April to Saturday 27th September 2025.
Tearoom: Friday-Saturday
1pm - 5pm (last entry 4:45pm). From Friday 4th April to Saturday 27th September 2025.
By car: Drive to Junction 9 off the M20 and follow signs for Lenham/Maidstone, A20.
Look for a signpost for Godinton House about a quarter mile after the second roundabout, on your left (opposite the Hare & Hounds pub).
By taxi: A 10-minute ride from Ashford International Railway Station.
Our Easter activities are back for 2025!
You will be able to explore the gardens following our fun Easter trail, take part in Easter craft sessions and get hands on with nature with one of our workshops run in partnership with Kentish Stour Countryside.
