FAMILY TIME – IT’S HIBERNATION TIME
Snoring, Sleeping, Freezing, and Feeding. It’s Hibernation Time! Join Lauren from the Kentish Stour Countryside Partnership. As much of our British wildlife prepares for the winter season Lauren will look at how important our gardens are for wildlife and ways we can help some of our iconic wildlife survive the winter. Bats, toads, bumblebees, and butterflies are a few of the animals that will be talked about. At the end of the walk, we will get creative fingers working on some natural art using ‘wild’ materials to create some homes for wildlife and decorative memorabilia of the animals talked about. Following Government advice, this workshop will be pre-booked, one child with one adult, children will need to be aged 5+ and accompanied by one adult. Booking is essential £15.00 per child, one adult included.
