Summer on the horizon

The forecasters are telling us that summer is about to arrive and our cut flower beds are starting to fill with colour. Wisteria season

Working in the gardens at the moment we are surrounded with the fabulous scents of the wisterias. There are several of the Chinese wisterias which are so heavily scented that on a warm day they seem to fill the garden even now that they are getting to the end of their season.
