Godinton House & Gardens continue their hands on garden workshops on Saturday 13th May with a look at how to support plants in your garden. Chefgärtner, Viv Hunt will combine with local craftswomen Katharine Woodward.
Viv Hunt will start the morning with a look at how to manipulate and train your plants successfully to give height to your borders and ensure that your plants are flowering where you want them. Then local craftswomen Katharine Woodward will take you through step by step the methods of making a delightful willow obelisk which you will take home at the end of the session. No previous experience working with willow is required.
The morning will start at 9am with coffee on arrival and run until 1pm. The cost of £50 includes coffee and taking home your own willow plant support.
